Pre-Order, Returns & Refund Policy

At Stonarke, we are committed to transparency and clarity throughout your purchasing experience. As Ultraform Lift™ is offered through a limited pre-order production model, the following terms apply.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Pre-Order Campaign Structure (45-Day Window)

Ultraform Lift™ is sold through a limited 45-day pre-order campaign.

During this period:

  • Orders are secured in advance of production.
  • Manufacturing volumes are based strictly on confirmed pre-orders.
  • Production begins immediately once the campaign closes.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined below.


2. Cancellation & Refunds During Pre-Order Window

Customers may cancel their pre-order and receive a full refund at any time within the 45-day pre-order campaign period, provided the request is submitted before the official campaign closing date.

To cancel:

  • Email Contact@stonarke.com
  • Include your full name and order number
  • Submit your request before the published campaign end date

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your payment provider).


3. No Refunds After Pre-Order Campaign Closes

Once the 45-day pre-order campaign has ended:

  • All orders are considered final and locked for production.
  • Manufacturing quantities are confirmed and costs are allocated.
  • No cancellations, modifications, or refunds will be issued.

This policy is necessary because production is based strictly on confirmed pre-order demand, and materials, tooling, and manufacturing costs are committed immediately after campaign closure.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that your order becomes non-refundable once the pre-order period has closed.


4. Shipping Timeline

Estimated shipping timelines are clearly communicated on the product page at the time of purchase.

While we aim to meet all projected delivery windows, production timelines may occasionally shift due to manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain factors. Any material changes will be communicated promptly.

Shipping delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation once the pre-order campaign has closed.


5. Returns After Delivery (Post-Production Orders Only)

For orders placed outside of a pre-order campaign (standard inventory sales), we offer a 90-day return policy under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
  • The return must be initiated within 90 days of delivery.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Due to hygiene and safety standards, used products cannot be returned.


6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact Contact@stonarke.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief explanation.

Once verified, we will:

  • Provide a replacement at no additional cost; or
  • Issue a full refund if a replacement is unavailable.

7. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or worn products
  • Items returned without prior authorisation
  • Products purchased through third-party resellers
